We are now looking for a Veterinarian placed in the Oslo area to support our customers and grow our business in Norway within in-house diagnostic equipment and pharmaceuticals.

You will be an essential part of a new and exciting journey with colleagues in all four Nordic countries.
In this position, you will promote and advice on designated product lines to veterinary practices. You will contribute to the overall success of Zoetis by delivering sales growth and market share gain targets for your territory.
As a Norwegian speaking Veterinarian, you will also support the marketing staff with a Norwegian angle on marketing projects as well as proofreading materials.
As a highly skilled and talented colleague, you will have your own territory where you develop mutually beneficial and productive long-term partnerships with our vet clinic customers and maintain these relationships with the appropriate quantity and quality of activity.
Your excellent way of communicating scientific information and your understanding of vet clinics allows you to explain the value of our wide portfolio of pharmaceuticals and in-house diagnostic products and services, as well as our "value proposition".
You will work closely with our Marketing Team and the Nordic Technical Manager, who will support your work in the field.
Maintain a high level of expertise with the evolving portfolio of products, services, market, and industry trends
Develop account plans in collaboration with the Sales Manager
Ensure customer information and call reports are updated through CRM system
Align activities and account plans to marketing programs
Analyse and interpret actual and potential territory/customer sales and growth opportunities
Develop mutually beneficial and productive long-term partnerships with our veterinary customers based on high quality account plans
Contribute to the success of your team by sharing best practice with colleagues and proactively contributing with ideas
Deliver call activity in accordance with agreed KPIs to achieve the required coverage and frequency with identified target customers
Ensure clear and specific objectives exist for each call
Proactively identify customer opportunities

Reporting to Nordic Sales Manager for Finland and Norway, you’ll be one of two employees in Norway and part of the Nordic Field Team with colleagues in Finland, Denmark and Sweden. We also meet frequently and take time to engage and get to know each other.
To have success in this job, you must have exceptional commercial and relation building ability, strong communication skills, a strong focus on planning, and an ability to work independently.
Your education and experience
- Veterinary degree small animal practice experience
Relevant commercial experience is a plus
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
A valid driving license and willingness to travel
Fully fluent in Norwegian and able to speak/understand English
